2-Day Easy Returns

At M&A Fashion, eligible products can be returned within 2 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned in this policy.

Please check the product and make sure it meets the return requirements before submitting a return request.

Return Eligibility

An item may be eligible for return when:

• The product is unused and unworn.
• The product has not been washed or altered.
• Original tags are still attached.
• The product is in its original condition.
• The product is not stained, damaged, or modified.
• The return request is submitted within 2 days of delivery.

Products That May Not Be Eligible for Return

Returns may not be accepted for products that have been:

• Used or worn.
• Washed or altered.
• Damaged after delivery due to customer use.
• Returned without applicable original tags.
• Customized or personalized, where applicable.
• Marked as non-returnable on the product page.

How to Request a Return

1. Open My Orders and select the order containing the product you want to return.
2. Select the eligible product and choose Return Item.
3. Select the reason for the return and provide any required details.
4. Submit the return request for review.

Return availability depends on the product, order status, and applicable return conditions.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact M&A Fashion Support as soon as possible.

We may request photographs or other information to verify the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Return Pickup

For approved returns, pickup or return instructions will be provided based on the delivery location and available logistics services.

Please ensure that the product is securely packed and contains all applicable tags and accessories before handing it over for return.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected, the eligible refund will be processed according to the applicable refund method for the order.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method, payment provider, and banking institution.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may be non-refundable where applicable. Any applicable charges and refund conditions will be handled according to the order and checkout terms.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, any eligible refund will be processed using the refund method made available by M&A Fashion after the return has been approved.

If a COD confirmation amount was paid during checkout, its treatment during cancellation or return will depend on the applicable order conditions.

Return Request Review

Submitting a return request does not automatically guarantee approval. Each request may be reviewed against the applicable return conditions before approval.
