Information about cancelling your M&A Fashion order.
You may request cancellation while your order is still eligible for cancellation.
Cancellation availability depends on the current order and fulfillment status.
If your order has not yet entered the shipping or fulfillment process, cancellation may be available.
Submit the cancellation request through the available order management option or contact M&A Fashion Support.
Once an order has been shipped or handed over to a courier partner, cancellation may no longer be possible.
In such cases, the applicable return process may be available after delivery, subject to the M&A Fashion Return & Refund Policy.
If an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled, the applicable refundable amount will be processed according to the payment and refund process applicable to the order.
Refund processing time may depend on the payment provider or banking institution.
For Cash on Delivery orders, cancellation may be available before the order enters shipment or fulfillment.
If a COD confirmation amount has already been paid, its treatment during cancellation will depend on the applicable order conditions.
M&A Fashion may cancel an order in circumstances such as:
If payment has already been received for an order cancelled by M&A Fashion, the applicable refundable amount will be processed according to the applicable refund process.
